Australian Election 2025

We’re just over a week away from voting day for the Australian federal election. The Liberal Party has run with the absurd slogan “Get Australia Back On Track”. What does that mean? I suspect it’s talking about economics. This was disappointing given the strong stance that Peter Dutton and Jacinta Price had taken during the Voice referendum. Rather than addressing the pressing concerns of our day, the Liberal Party has chosen to play safe, believing media scares. Look at the people. Look at our concerns. I’ve listed several :

  • medical tyranny allowed and vaccinations and lockdowns enforced
  • rampant, unfettered abortion where the state gets rich and feeds off the deaths of unborn and even of born babies, continuing unabated
  • transgenderism protected and promoted, especially among the youngest members of society, with parental rights ignored
  • universities continuing to be subsidised breeding grounds for Marxist propaganda (watch this)
  • suspect immigration policies going unchallenged
  • threats to lack of freedom for religious institutions appearing unaddressed
  • other attempts to overthrow Western, Christian values being ignored

I discovered Topher Field’s videos on the Australian electoral system with its preferential voting system, linked here. This is useful viewing that you might like to watch and share. Through another of his videos, I learned of Turning Point Australia . This organisation provides a useful list of the policies of Australia’s political parties, all listed alongside each other so that you can compare policy positions at a glance. This list is enlightening. It shows the important issues affecting us and how each party would vote on them. Make the most of your still democratic choice that remains. Help prevent this country from becoming a basket case by making your wise vote count on 3rd May.
